In Scottsdale, Ariz., Lee’s Cream Liqueur Ice Cream Parlor, features house-made premium ice cream with about 5% alcohol (yes, ID required). Flavors include Appletini, Long Island Iced Tea, Piña Colada and Champagne.–Kara Newman, WineEnthsiast
Bring your ID. And maybe a designated driver. You won't see Wally and the Beaver hanging out here. No kidding — you have to be 21 or older to order the ice cream at Lee's. That's because the premium ice cream is infused with spirits. And it's hard not to get in the spirit with the Godfather, a mix of coffee ice cream and scotch. The Silk Stocking combines chocolate-chip walnut ice cream with tequila. And the Chocolate Swirl gets you swirling with a shot of Jack Daniel's.–Howard Seftel, Arizona Republic Restaurant Critic
Lee’s Cream Liqueur just celebrated its grand opening on July 30, but we’re already excited about this place. Owner and ice cream creator extraordinaire Lee Turner has clued us in what’s been missing from mainstream ice cream – alcohol. That’s right, serving up liqueur-laced ice cream, Lee’s nearly two dozen adults-only flavors include margarita (you saw this coming, right?), strawberry daiquiri, apple martini, kahlua and champagne, but also such traditional favorites as vanilla, mint, lemon drop, cheesecake, mango and others. For those 21 and younger, there are also non-liqueur flavors to choose from and all the usual toppings.–Marie Look, Haute Living
