Lee’s process of hand-making every batch is painstakingly exact. We combine the precise mixture of fresh cream [so fresh it was pasture yesterday], never any eggs, and a selection flavorings – including premium liquor combinations and we watch over each and every batch while it is beaten, shaken, stirred and made ready for our freezers… and you, of course!
